A bright and open store with easy to navigate pet sections. I found my products and enjoyed looking at the new range of items on offer. The service area had a few members of staff happily chatting who made me feel welcome and comfortable. They assisted me with my question and I was pleased with the service.

Good layout of the store. Staff paused their convo to welcome me to the store (a rarity these days) and offered assistance. No pushing or following around the store, which was appreciated. The store was clean, the cashier's service was prompt, and the return policy was explained. Left feeling good.

Great petshop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is large, well organised and clean. They have good deals, only thing I would hope to see improve is a bigger variety in their shampoo’s and slow feeder bowls.

Have been using the grooming salon here for my dogs for a few years now and they always do an amazing job. Would not go anywhere else, my dogs always are happy when I pick them up!

A terrific service, very professional, Naomi and her team do an excellent job, our 2 Gordon Setters always look great. Very pleasant team are a pleasure to deal with. We're happy!
